The introduction of exercise into my routine and home-cooked meals really did wonders for my health, energy levels, mood and ability to work through those high pressure situations and I haven’t looked back since! We moved in together, would often cook together (goodbye to takeaway every night!) and soon after fell in love with the range of amazing classes and the beautiful space at Flow Athletic in Paddington. The real turning point for me was actually Katia’s move to Sydney (she had previously been living and working in London). I would consistently pump my body with coffee, feel good takeaway food and sugary drinks to get me through the late nights, lack of rest and lack of exercise – all of which culminated in a nasty bout of shingles when my body had had enough!
